(Singing beautifully) It's the most wonderful event of the year! Mark your calendar for the Morganton Christmas Parade, December 5th at 6:00pm!

Let the parade whisk you into the holiday spirit with over 100 entries in the parade. This includes floats, specialty vehicles, walking groups, marching bands as well as characters of all shapes and sizes to greet the younger viewers. The excitement of the parade and the Christmas season abounds in downtown Morganton. We can’t wait to share in the holiday spirit with you.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Sounds of the Holidays” Which sounds remind you of the Holidays? The sound of sleigh bells? Freshly fallen snow? Carolers singing door to door? The sound of fire crackling? Just wait to see how this year's theme will be interpreted into the decoration of the floats!
